Head of Product Management - Home Appliances (m/f/x)

Your tasks, You…

• will be P&L responsible for the assigned product category
• will lead & develop a team of product specialists while ensuring a collaborative team environment
• will formulate and direct the go-to-market strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners
• are responsible for the overall product strategy and management of the product life cycle
• lead new product innovation roadmaps in partnership with global HQ reporting
• develop customer-specific strategies, forecasts and analyses
• prepare and conduct internal and external presentations
• improve and optimize processes
• use weekly analyses as a basis for management decision-makings
• ensure a close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, EHQ and HQ Teams
• create emotions to persuade team members and partners about new ideas

Your profile, You...

• have a positive appearance & manner and the ability to convince and raise emotions
• hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. MBA is a plus
• have several years of experience in a leading role in the CE sector (PM or Sales)
• have deep knowledge of the Austrian market and the key players
• are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• have excellent Excel and MS Office Skills
• have a high level of multitasking efficiency & priority setting
• have strong analytical skills and the ability to read, analyse and interpret data studies
• are flexible and a quick decision-maker
• have a hands-on mentality & the ability to adapt quickly to processes and changes
• are a committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality
